Shipping is charged at a flat rate of €8.50 for delivery anywhere in the island of Ireland. UK and European customers will be notified of any additional shipping costs. Heavy or bulky items may incur an additional carriage cost in which case the customer will be notified prior to the despatch of the goods as to what this will be. There is no handling charge for packing and there is no small order surcharge. We will despatch your order as quickly as possible. Customers must sign for their goods upon receipt.
Should you decide to return goods ordered, unfortunately you may be charged 10% of the item/s value for restocking unless agreed in advance with our staff. Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges:
For orders made from Ireland, UK or the European Union, 21 % VAT is added. All other orders no tax will be charged.

Direct Deliveries
Please note that some products are delivered direct to customers from our manufacturers. Such shipment will be notified in advance and may cause a slight delay to normal delivery times.
Delivery Discrepancies
Your consignment must be checked upon arrival for:
- Correct number of parcels
- Damage to parcels
- Correct contents of parcels
If the outside of the parcel looks damaged, sign but state damaged on the carriers receipt as an added safeguard.
Under normal circumstances all goods ordered will be despatched complete. Occasionally, however, orders may be despatched part filled with the outstanding items being sent as soon as they are in stock. In such instances the purchaser will be notified in advance of the despatch of the first part of the order. We regret that we cannot entertain claims for missing, damaged or incorrectly sent items, which have not been notified, to us within three days of delivery. Please do not attempt to return any goods without prior authorisation. In the event of a query, please contact us immediately and we will advise you how to proceed.
Please note that carriers normally deliver weekdays between 9.00am and 4.00pm. If the delivery address is likely to be unmanned, you should include instructions so as to guarantee an authorised signature will be present upon delivery. Charges for abortive deliveries may be passed on to the purchaser.
